Our implementation and training team will work with your staff to ensure the software is installed, your staff is trained and the system is utilized to meet your needs.

Step 1 – Implementation Begins

After you receive the MedFORCE CD, an implementation specialist will call. The specialist will:

  1. Verify installation of the software

  2. Review the Implementation Guide

  3. Verify scanner connectivity

  4. Set an Admin Training date. This is one-on-one web training using your MedFORCE software

 
Step 2 – Admin 101 Training

Admin 101 training is tailored for your needs and your use of MedFORCE Scan. By the completion of this training, your admin will be ready to set up bins, groups and users. Also, additional training will be scheduled and an implementation date to go live with the software will be set. All additional training is done through group web trainings available twice a week.  We recommend the admin take User training courses before continuing Admin training. Trainings scheduled include: User 101, User 102, User 103, and Admin 102.

 
Step 3 – User Training

An implementation specialist will follow up to verify bins have been created and user training has been scheduled or commenced. The specialist will also answer any questions that have arisen.


Step 4 – Admin 102 Training

Admin 102 training gives admins a view of additional tools and advanced features available.


Step 5 – Go Live

An implementation specialist will follow up and verify that groups and users have been created and access right configured. The specialist will review any questions or issues resulting from the training sessions. Imports will be done to create initial MedFORCE Scan files. Standard templates will be created.


Step 6 – Follow-up

Once things are up and running, our implementation specialist will call after 30 days, 3 months and 6 months to review your progress, answer any questions and provide any additional support needed.

Notes:

If WorkFLOW will be used when MedFORCE Scan goes live, WorkFLOW training should be completed first.

Basic training documentation is available for each of the trainings. Customized documentation for individual client operations is available for a fee.
