Purpose:
Accountable for testing software upgrades and
modifications to proprietary application software.
Position requires clear understanding of the
application as well as purpose of the upgrades and
impact of modifications and new features added.
Position includes responsibility for writing /
maintaining documentation manuals and client release
notes.
Responsibilities and Activities:
Test any
changes to MedFORCE software and document.
Activities:

Understand the change being made.

Thoroughly test the software to ensure the
feature works.

Report any flaws, errors or new issues to
development team.

Ensure the timely test completion.

Create release notes for each new build or
release.

Update and maintain user manual with each build
or release.

Train the trainers, sales team and support staff

Strong written and communication skills.

Ability to communicate clearly with development
team, support staff and trainers.

Expertise in testing procedures to ensure all
aspects of the software are tested.

The
ability to create testing scripts is not
required but would significantly enhance the
testing procedures.
